We believe that nothing else teaches ideal functional movements, through full range of motion, like gymnastics. With a focus on the fundamentals, athletes will work on increasing core strength, agility, flexibility and body awareness.
Sessions are comprised of three blocks.
Mobility, increasing the ability to move through full range of motion.
Strength & Skill, gaining the ability and capacity to execute movement.
Accessory, related movements to further gymnastic prowess.
The course is built upon the daily General Physical Preparedness program and is dependent on the skills & strengths learned during the weekly classes. This course should be used as an accessory to general programming.
