Our community was built to accommodate every level of athlete. If you are looking for more of an edge in your training join us for competitors training on Saturdays and Wednesday nights. We follow Complete Athletic Performance programming throughout the week and get together for a 2 hour session twice a week.
All levels are welcome but please scale accordingly. The class is lead by Connor Griffin & Head Coach, Miguel Clavarall. At least 6 months consistent training (4-5 days a week) and experience is highly recommended before joining competitors training.
We don’t believe in limiting any athlete but please understand that this class will give you a beating! Join us in the fray if you are up for a little WOD action and heavy lifting.
